A few years ago, I got a wild hair to go out and photograph as many small town Kansas fairs as I could. I made it to 24 different fairs, scattered all across the state. It was hot and dusty, I ate a lot of fried foods and met a ton of nice folks. At the end of my travels, I had amassed over 15,000 images and here are 8 of them, in greeting card form. I love the color and the movement in these images and every time I look at them, the sounds and smells of the county fair come rushing back.

These cards are printed by me, in my studio, on 100% cotton fiber paper with 100 year inks. I hand cut them, score them, fold them, and sign them. Each card is individually sealed with an envelope inside a clear protective sleeve and come in a nifty gift box with a custom designed vellum box wrap.
